Celebi - Space Form

This is the finished version of Celebi's Space Form. I had a little extra help with this. Now, some of you might think "That looks like a Sonic char," but it wasn't intended to be a Sonic char...at least in my eyes. I've already figured out the info for this form.

Name: Celebi

Species: Time Travel Pokemon

Type: Psychic/Fairy (Space Forme only)

Ability: Spacial Energy (Works like the abilities Levitate and Contrary.)

Signature Move: Star Beam (Move Type: Fairy) (Move Category: Special) (Base Power: 100) (Accuracy: 100) (PP: 10 - Max PP: 16) (The user fires a beam of star energy that may cause a random status condition. *meaning a 20% chance to inflict sleep, poison, paralysis, burn, or freezing effect*)

Special Powers/Abilities: While in Space Form, Celebi retains its time traveling ability, while at the same time it is capable of warping reality. However, it chooses to use this power out of the kindness of its own heart, so it can often be seen helping out others in need. It is very skillful with aura, much like Lucario, and it can also communicate through telepathy. Also, as with most Psychic Pokemon, it is able to use teleportation in both its Time Forme and its Space Forme.

Celebi's Time Forme is what looks like a forest spirit. However, in its Space Forme, Celebi takes on more of a humanoid-like appearance, similar to a beautiful, kind, harmless, playful alien.

Oh, by the way, since Celebi ARE genderless in the games, basically meaning they could be male and/or female, I believe Celebi are usually female. ^v^ But that's just me.

Edit: Since Mega Evolutions came out in Pokemon X and Y, this also looks like a good potential Mega Evolution for Celebi. What do you people think?
